Professor Prien was a Communications Professor at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania wheere I attended. To help in setting up her business, she needed someone to design her business card. Her services included, but were not limited to, theatre, acting, small group communication, interpersonal communication, and oral interpretation. "Accoustic Communications with an unplugged approach" was the initial theme of her approach. My first ideas were initially too focused on the musical instrument quality that we had to redo them. For my second batch, I created the base logo with an unplugged, abstract guitar. Later on, I recieved more information from Prof. Prien that she wanted textured business card and also information on the back. This project just goes to show that successful design is a process, not a "one-hit KO" process, between both the clients and designers.
